Apple has officially announced a Special Event taking place on Tuesday, April 20th. This comes after Siri accidentally confirmed the event earlier today.
The event’s tagline is “Spring Loaded” and features the Apple logo comprised of a single line in the traditional Apple rainbow colours. The event, just like the events from last year, will be entirely online and free to watch on apple.com.
The event is taking place on April 20th at 10 a.m. PDT (6 p.m. BST) and will likely be around an hour long, as were most of the events in 2020.
Apple is expected to announce AirTags, a new mini-LED iPad Pro, and potentially a new Apple TV with 120Hz and a new remote. iOS 14.5 is also expected to likely get a release date, which brings several highly-anticipated privacy features to the iPhone as well as an alternative to Face ID for those wearing a mask while wearing an Apple Watch.
