Apple Leaker Jon Prosser (), who shared a lot of information about the long-rumoured Apple AR Glasses called ‘Apple Glass’, has shared information about a limited edition set of AR glasses while he was on the CultOfMac podcast.

Prosser says that Apple are working on a limited edition version of the Apple AR glasses which will will be inspired by the iconic glasses worn by previous Apple CEO and co-founder, Steve Jobs. He says that these limited edition glasses will be called the ‘Steve Jobs Heritage Edition’ glasses.

Prosser compares this edition of the glasses to the gold first-generation Apple Watch that retailed for $10,000. Prosser doesn’t elaborate on the price and doesn’t suggest that it could be this price.

It is unknown how much these limited edition glasses will cost, but it is rumoured that the regular set of Apple Glass glasses will retail for $499, plus the price of your prescription, should you have/need one.

Of course, this product is a long time away, so Apple’s plans are more than likely to change. As with every leak, take this one with a grain of salt too. Nothing is official until Apple announces it.
