Apple have released iPadOS 13, the new operating system for the iPad. Apple are leaving behind iOS for iPads and introducing this new operating system that is based upon iOS.
iPadOS 13.2 brings multi-user support on HomePod, Handoff to HomePod, and more under-the-hood changes such as new emojis, and deleting apps from Haptic Touch menus.
iPadOS 13.2 is compatible with all of the same models currently running any iPadOS 13 developer beta. You can find out what model iPhone or iPod touch you have by navigating to Settings > General > About and you’ll see you iPhone model under “Model Name”.

You can install iPadOS 13.2 beta 4 by navigating to Settings > General > Software Update and clicking the “Download and Install” button or by navigating to the Apple Developer website and downloading the IPSW file, where you can the install the update through iTunes.
