Apple have released iOS 13.2.2 to all iPhone and iPod touch devices. iOS 13.2.1 was only for HomePods, so Apple have moved on to iOS 13.2.2 for all other devices.
iOS 13.2.2 fixes the background app issue that was happening on many devices running iOS 13.2. It resolves an issue where mobile date may temporarily be unavailable. It also fixes and issue where iPhone would lose signal after ending a phone call. Encrypted S/MIME emails between Exchange accounts are no longer unreadable. Charging will no longer be interrupted on YubiKey Lightning-powered accessories. Finally, iOS 13.2.2 addresses and issue where using the Kerbos single sign-in service in Safari May present an authentication prompt.
iOS 13.2.2 is available now and is compatible with all of the same models currently running any other version of iOS 13. You can find out what model iPhone or iPod touch you have by navigating to Settings > General > About and you’ll see you iPhone model under “Model Name”.

You can install iOS 13.2.2 by navigating to Settings > General > Software Update and clicking the “Download and Install” button or by connecting your iPhone or iPod touch to a computer and installing the update via iTunes.
