Apple are going to be releasing iOS 13.1 and iPadOS 13 to everyone today.
iPadOS brings a much more desktop-feel to the iPad. It brings some long-awaited features such as dark mode, new keyboard gestures, a redesigned home screen, improved text selection, QuickType, Font support, and a much better Files app.
iOS 13.1 brings more new features to the iPhone such as Apple Maps ETA Sharing, fixes some bugs inside iOS 13, and more
Also, iOS 13.1 includes the new “Shortcuts Automation”. This means that you can program your Siri Shortcuts to run automatically when certain conditions are met. For example, you could program a Shortcut to turn on all the lights in your home when you arrive home.
