Apple have released iOS 13.1, the first update to iOS 13 after its release last week.
iOS 13.1 introduces Share ETA in Apple Maps, which allows you to share your estimated time of arrival with contacts. It also tweaks some if the Dynamic Wallpapers and makes adds them to more devices.
Also, iOS 13.1 includes the new “Shortcuts Automation”. This means that you can program your Siri Shortcuts to run automatically when certain conditions are met. For example, you could program a Shortcut to turn on all the lights in your home when you arrive home.
iOS 13.1 is compatible with all of the same models as iOS 13, and with the nearly all of the same models that run iOS 12, with a few exceptions. You can find out what model iPhone or iPod touch you have by navigating to Settings > General > About and you’ll see you iPhone model under “Model Name”.

You can install iOS 13.1 by navigating to Settings > General > Software Update and clicking the “Download and Install” button.
